If you find any Content to be objectionable, your sole remedy is to discontinue access and use of the Site

Proprietary Rights

• Copyright in the Site including the Content is owned or licensed by us and are protected under applicable Indian laws
• Please note that permission to reproduce or copy any of the images of the artworks or other works available on the Site other than as specifically permitted by these Terms must be obtained from the artist and other rights holders. Else, this will constitute an infringement of copyright.
• Unless otherwise indicated, all trademarks displayed on the Site are our property or we have been permitted to use the same on the Site by the owners thereof. The trademarks are protected under applicable Indian laws.
• You are not to use the Site in any manner that infringes our copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights or such rights of any third party.

Registration with the Site
